A cheese maker is an individual that makes cheese; this is a food that is regarded as a dairy product. Many people have dairy intolerances and therefore they are unable to eat cheese; it is regarded as a dairy product as it manufactured using cows milk. There are many different types of cheese and it is one of the most popular foods in the UK. As well as being eaten on its own it is also used as a key ingredient in recipes. In some cases an avid vinegar will be added, this can include paneer and queso fresco, although this will usually result in bacteria forming. In terms of industry a cheese maker makes up a vital part of the whole dairy faming network in the UK and they produce large amounts of cheese each year. There are cheeses that are made in the traditional way and there are also cheeses made in manufacturing processes.

There are many different types of cheeses available and these are made by cheese makers. Cheese is one of the main ingredients of many dishes that are made in the UK and therefore it is an incredibly popular food in the country.

As well as there being a large base of cheese makers in the UK there is also a lot of cheese that is brought into the UK. This cheese may have been produced by cheese makers in the traditional way or it may have been manufactured in factories abroad.
